Includes all traffic offences

Local Court Defended Hearing (Trial) (Plea Not Guilty): $5,500  

Local Court ADVO/APVO Application & Local Court Hearing $5,500

Country Appearances Will incur travel costs additional to the above

District Court Bail Application $3,300  

District Court Appeal $5,500  

District Court Sentence (Plea Guilty including representation as the matter progresses through the Local Court and representation at all Early Appropriate Guilty Plea conferences with the Prosecution) $5,500

District Court Trial (Plea Not Guilty) The fee will be fixed but is dependent upon the length of trial & other variables. To be discussed at free 1 hour conference.

Supreme Court Bail Application $4,400 

Supreme Court Sentence (Plea Guilty) The fee will be fixed but is dependent upon many variables. To be discussed at free 1 hour conference.

Supreme Court Trial: (Plea Not Guilty) The fee will be fixed but is dependent upon the length of trial & other variables. To be discussed at free 1 hour conference.
